An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and organised Stores Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the relevant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Stores function, ensuring efficient inventory control, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strong support for engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage international and domestic freight, including booking, tracking, and coordination with forwarders
* Oversee and apply inventory management procedures in line with regulations and company policies
* Ensure Stores operations comply with internal procedures and aviation regulatory requirements
* Process goods receivable and stock issues accurately and efficiently
* Enforce stores and aviation security measures
* Coordinate and prioritise tasks for Stores personnel
* Conduct stocktakes and ongoing stock control activities
* Liaise with internal business units to support operational requirements
* Assist Engineering with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) parts and urgent requirements
* Manage cargo handling including weighing, charging, and shipment records
* Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
* Maintain accurate records within company systems in line with recordkeeping policies
* Ensure the Stores facility is maintained to required standards
* Perform other duties as required within your skills and experience
About You
* 3–5 years’ experience in aviation stores or warehouse operations
* Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to obtain and maintain Airside Security Clearance
* Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
