Job Title: Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role based in Armadale or Central South Metro.
About the Role:
This leadership position will require you to lead and develop a team of Local Area Coordinators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to provide high-quality services to our participants. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, carers, and community organizations.
You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in team leadership, coaching, and mentoring. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of Local Area Coordinators, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, carers, and community organizations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and participant outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, human services, or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of success in leading and developing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
