Primary Learning Community Leader
The Primary Learning Community Leader is a pivotal role in shaping the academic, social, spiritual, physical and emotional development of students from Prep to Year 6.
* This involves providing strategic leadership to empower staff to enable students to flourish, with a focus on quality Christ-centred education and intentional pastoral care.
* The role requires developing and implementing strategies to ensure students receive a positive, active culture aligned with the pedagogical direction of the College.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and other Executive Team members to ensure the outworking of the College's strategic plan and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Primary Leadership Team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student learning and well-being.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
* Maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
