The Person
As the first point of contact for all face to face, phone and online enquiries at Pilbara Pressure Force, you will be a naturally happy person who is both people and outcomes focused. You will come with high levels of energy and be driven to provide excellent customer service and exceptional administrative support for the business always.
* Previous experience in an administration, accounts, reception or office manager role
* Ability to multitask, confidently prioritise work and maintain excellent attention to detail
* Confident with systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and Xero
* Support in various sales activities and showroom sales support for customers who walk in
* Willingness to learn about machinery and equipment on sale; capable of being a quick study
* Mature and seasoned administration professional who enjoys supporting and assisting broader operational teams
* Comfort with troubleshooting, supporting, teaching and team building as part of a diverse workload

The Job
Residentially located in the coastal region of Port Hedland and reporting to the Managing Director, this role ensures smooth and efficient operations within the company's showroom and headquarters.
This is a dynamic and varied role; core responsibilities include:
* Customer service and liaison – face to face, phone and email
* Managing enquiries and distributing leads to the team
* Preparation of reports and assistance with tender documents
* Basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable/payable as required – with support from the accounts team
* Showroom sales and customer service
* Quoting and invoicing in Xero
* Filing, document control in line with policy requirements and ISO accreditations
* Managing stock levels and identifying suppliers to support the business needs
* Monitoring levels and ordering stationary, stock and various operational items
* Supporting the team and operational leaders to thrive in their roles
* General administration and reception tasks as required
The Perks
The Office Administrator will enjoy permanent ongoing and full-time employment. With a Monday to Friday onsite presence required, you will be office based primarily; however, we will consider some flexibility for the right candidate. We value our people and want to ensure they can meet their personal needs as much as possible.
Given the role is located residentially in Port Hedland (sorry no FIFO available), the successful candidate will need to live in Port Hedland.
