Overview
The Enterprise Analytics team is tasked with optimizing performance by proactively analyzing stakeholders, enabling them, and innovating measurement. As a Business Development Insights Analyst, you will be a strategic partner driving regular inspection and insights to optimize contributions to pipeline and bookings.
Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth analysis to articulate BDR performance impact on creating and progressing opportunities across lead-based and account-based prospecting motions.
* Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to make recommendations to senior sales leaders on optimization opportunities.
* Drive weekly inspection cadences focused on marketing to BDR effectiveness motion for sales leaders and individual sellers.
* Support leadership in synthesizing BDR impact to support sales interlocks and quarterly business reviews.
* Serve as primary interlock to regional Sales Operations team to align targets, outcome measures, and performance during quarterly and annual planning cycles.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development teams to drive strategic insights and performance improvement.
* Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel knowledge.
* Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including talent for analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
* Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction.
* 3+ years of experience in B2B subscription revenue environment, with hands-on analytical experience in sales performance analysis.
