About the Role
In this role, you will provide valuable support to registered nurses in delivering patient care. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and contributing to accurate healthcare information collection.
* You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, other healthcare team members, and contributing to improving patient care and reducing clinical risk under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A certificate III or IV in a relevant field (healthcare or allied health)
* Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in acute or sub-acute care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
