Sales Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who is a self-starter and seasoned sales professional to identify and develop relationships with new clients, drive brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
About the Role
* Create and execute business development strategies to secure new international clients, national clients, and projects in consultation with senior management.
* Build, nurture, and manage client relationships using initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes and achieve both personal goals and the broader sales team objectives.
* Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.
* Develop event programs with the sales team to nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
* Conduct expert product presentations and training sessions for clients both in-store and offsite.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Train and develop the sales team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
* Manage rosters to maximize showroom staff coverage and ensure excellent customer service.
* Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into the showroom and increase sales revenue.
* Process and manage trade sales transactions efficiently and effectively.
* Liaise between departments to ensure relevant information is communicated and shared.
Requirements
* Exceptional skills and experience in conflict resolution and complaint handling.
* Possess an encyclopedic knowledge of products, including materials, finishes, and design stories.
* Maintain a thorough directory of influential designers and emerging talent, as well as monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
