In This Pivotal Role, You Will
* Lead and encourage the existing administration team.
* Manage complex diaries and coordinate appointments and parish events.
* Draft and prepare documents, correspondence, and homily resources.
* Handle email communications on behalf of the Parish Priest and associates.
* Streamline processes and foster collaboration across the parish office.
What We're Looking For
* Proven ability to lead, encourage, and collaborate with others.
* High level of confidentiality, discretion, and pastoral sensitivity.
* Confidence working alongside clergy, staff, and ministry leaders in a dynamic parish environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
* A current blue card and police check (or willingness to obtain both)
