Make a Real Impact
As an Employment Success Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting people with disability to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful employment. You'll work one-on-one with participants to build confidence, connect with employers, and provide tailored support that leads to long-term success.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Individualised Support – Identify barriers to employment and co-design practical, person-centred solutions.
Participant Engagement – Build strong, trusting relationships and provide ongoing mentorship and motivation.
Job Search & Onboarding – Assist with job applications, interviews, onboarding, and workplace integration.
Employer Engagement – Partner with employers to create inclusive opportunities and resolve workplace challenges.
Post-Placement Support – Deliver ongoing support and maintain accurate records to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Community Networking – Promote Castle's services and build relationships with local businesses and community networks.

What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who's passionate about inclusion and employment. If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply we value motivation and alignment with our values.
* Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in employment services or transferable experience in case management or community support
* Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Tech-savvy with attention to detail and experience using Microsoft Office and business systems
* Empathy, integrity, and a commitment to supporting people with disability
* Ability to work independently and adapt to varied participant needs and environments
Essential Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and/or reliable transport
* Alignment with Castle's Vision, Purpose and Values
