The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at relationship-building, understands the corporate payments landscape, and is driven to deliver business growth by upselling and cross-selling prepaid card products.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts, ensure client retention, and support the growth of these prepaid card programs. You will be supported by a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional client service.
What You'll Do
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling prepaid card products.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for expansion within existing clients.
* Meet sales and activity targets, ensuring strong client retention and program growth.
* Use CRM tools to track client interactions and business activities accurately.
* Provide support for project work and business initiatives to continually improve client satisfaction.
Who You Are
* An experienced Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing corporate accounts, ideally in the financial services industry.
* A natural communicator, confident in presenting tailored solutions to clients and building lasting relationships.
* Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities.
* Familiar with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
