✅ What You'll Be Doing:
- Learning how to fabricate and weld metal structures
- Working with tools, machines, and tech used in the industry
- Assisting with real-world projects from day one
- Gaining nationally recognised qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine interest in engineering or mechanical work
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Certificate II in Engineering Pathways (a BIG advantage but not essential)
- Drivers licence (or working towards one) is a plus
