Our client is looking for a passionate HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join their Cairns team on a full-time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Managing job data through mobile app software for accurate reporting Practicing safe work habits and maintaining company tools and vehicles Communicating with clients to assess their heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs Working efficiently in a team to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards Mentoring apprentices and providing hands-on training in HVAC and refrigeration systems Installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems Diagnosing faults and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration units About You The successful candidate will possess the following: Must have your own tools A valid Drivers Licence and ARCtick Licence A Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interactions At least 6 months of experience as a HVAC/Refrigeration technician What's in it for You?
