**The Role**:
- Support and assist a team of Strata Managers, learn from the best
- Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
- Manage repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
- Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with
- 12 + months experience in Body Corporate Ideal but not essential
- A great can-do attitude and must be willing to learn
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Excellent presentation along
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
