ANZ Sales Manager – PRÆSIDIAD

THE ROLE:
TheANZ (Australia and New Zealand) Sales Manageris the business development, sales and relationship manager for PRÆSIDIAD's target customer accounts and strategic partners in the data centre and other critical infrastructure segments in ANZ.
She/He will be the Betafence external-facing to data centre stakeholders in the focused countries, including security consultants, design institutes, end users, owners, operators, builders, civil engineering companies, general contractors and installers.
This role owns sales revenue targets, supports P&L achievement in Australia and New Zealand, and develops and executes target territory and account plans to achieve regional coverage, segment development and growth.
The role is located in Australia (Melbourne or Sydney) and reports to the APAC Sales Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned business objectives and customer commitments, including financial, operational and technical goals.
Focus on high-security perimeter solutions, identify and develop key end-customer accounts and relevant sales channels in data centres, critical infrastructure (transportation, airports, ports, energy, mining, utilities) and government-driven segments.
Develop and manage key account-based project pipelines, drive Betafence/Hesco brands into target projects, accelerate pipeline conversion into orders.
Engage industry regulators, security consultants, specifiers, end users and general contractors to drive Betafence spec-in initiatives.
Manage project and distribution partners to enable solution selling and project fulfillment.
Develop and implement territory and account plans, quarterly business reviews, and promote strong customer relationships.
Create sales opportunities (recurring or upselling) to achieve short- and long-term customer value.
Understand Praesidiad product & solution offerings from global sites and influence ANZ customers' adoption.
Partner closely with functional teams (engineering, marketing, customer service, finance, etc.) to drive commercial goals.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
At least 3 years of sales experience in security and/or civil engineering industry in Australia.
Experience in perimeter security and access control is a plus.
Experience with critical infrastructure customers (data centres, transportation, energy) preferred.
Experience engaging and managing project and distribution partners.
Experience dealing with security consultants, designers and architects is a plus.
Experience engaging construction general contractors or EPCs is a plus.
A self-starter, resourceful and results-driven professional who learns continuously.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills; startup experience is a plus.
Willing to travel across ANZ.
