WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As our Senior Planning Manager, you will lead the delivery of end to end offline campaigns across a range of clients and verticals. You will be responsible for planning and negotiating across TV, OOH, radio and print with media owners ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and in full. You will collaborate with strategy and digital teams to ensure integrated media plans are aligned and effective using market data audience insights and rate benchmarks to drive optimal outcomes. You will also play a central role in client communication presenting media plans post activity reviews and investment summaries with clarity and confidence. Internally you will help coach and upskill junior planners support trading conversations and maintain strong supplier relationships. This is a hands-on planning role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to own the offline output of a dynamic agency. YOU WILL NEED… 4 years of media agency experience - media planning (traditional) Proven ability to lead campaign strategy, planning and optimisation across all paid channels Strong communication skills to manage client expectations and internal workflows The ability to manage pre, mid and post campaign performance and reporting Strong collaboration skills with Strategy, Trading and Creative stakeholders Experience leading and mentoring junior team members A solutions-focused mindset and a drive to deliver future-focused media planning Experience using Growth Accelerator to develop planning recommendations that align with business objectives Familiarity with eTam and eRam to analyse TV and Radio ratings and support accurate AV planning Knowledge of MOVE to assess and plan Out-of-Home media based on audience reach and location data Ability to use Roy Morgan data to inform channel strategies and audience targeting across Print and Digital Confidence using SMD for media bookings, budget tracking, and accurate post-campaign reconciliation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage budgets, media calendars and data insights Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate planning recommendations and campaign results An understanding of media partner portals for staying across the latest proposals, insights, and channel trends Experience navigating internal workflow systems for briefing, tracking and reporting on campaign performance TO BE CONSIDERED… For more details or a more personalised application please email shannon.harrison@searchability.com.au By applying, you give us consent to process and submit your application to our client for this role only.
