Safety Leadership
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in supporting the Work, Health and Safety function. The role will involve implementing safety practices, systems and procedures.
This position requires strong analytical skills and knowledge to assist in data analysis and statistical calculations.
* Assist in monitoring, reviewing and reporting on performance, compliance and defects.
* Provide technical input to delivery, ensuring that legal and contractual obligations / risks are identified, controlled and communicated appropriately.
* Develop exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders to assist in the delivery of quality outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Formal qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree in quality, Safety, Environmental, Project Management or other associated disciplines.
* Safety Lead Auditor Qualification.
* Safety and Health experience (5+ years) in Construction and/or heavy industry and high-risk workplaces.
* Experience in monitoring, reviewing and reporting on performance, compliance and defects.
* Knowledge in Safety and Health Management Systems.
