Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkLocation: Huntingdale, Victoria or Luscombe, QLDWhat is this Job all about?As a Service Coordinator, you will work within an established team providing service administrative support to the Oceania service delivery team across Australia and New Zealand, as well as to customers and stakeholders. Your role is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery by optimizing the customer experience through professional communication and building trust with customers, colleagues, service partners, and contractors. Responsibilities include handling customer requests (phone calls, emails, orders), preparing quotes, and managing administrative tasks related to service contracts, organizing technicians, partners, and contractors.This role is ideally based in Huntingdale, Victoria, or alternatively at our Luscombe premises south of Brisbane, Queensland.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to service colleagues and contractors involved in various service processes.Schedule technicians for onsite work.Select and order spare parts.Respond to after-sales service calls from customers and end-users.Follow up on completed service orders concerning faults, repairs, and quotations.Organize training courses and technician toolbox talks.Investigate and process customer credit requests.Communicate efficiently with all customers, staff, dealers, and internal stakeholders.Assist with administrative tasks for technicians.Enter warranty and fault diagnosis data into SAP.Proofread and prepare technical service reports for customer issuance.Monitor open service orders weekly and coordinate with responsible technicians or departments for appropriate action.Skills and Experience Required:At least 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable.High School Education or equivalent.Experience in handling commercial and business support, with customer interaction.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively.Knowledge of SAP CS, SAP CRM, and MS Office applications is preferred.Previous experience with pump technology or similar fields is an advantage.Ability to work with processes and participate in projects.About our CompanyGrundfos is a global leader in pump manufacturing, producing over 17 million pumps annually with over 20,000 employees across more than 55 countries.
