Orchard Worker 26 Casual positions available. Commencing in September to November ****. The period of employment is 6 to 9 months (dependent on seasonal conditions) in the Manjimup area.

Applicants that cannot commit for at least six months are ineligible to apply. Minimum average 30 hours per week, paid hourly, award rate. Generally Monday to Friday between 6am to 4pm depending on weather conditions.

Horticulture Award [MA******] casual employment, minimum $***** per hour. Horticulture work (avocados, stone fruit and apples), including picking, packing, pruning, weeding, other repetitive tasks and general farm duties. These are physically demanding tasks.

You need to be capable of physically demanding work, at a rapid pace, in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind and sun). Applicants must be willing to carry out repetitive work, get wet and dirty, work individually or in a team and start early in the morning. All applicants must adhere to the Orchard Code of Conduct that stipulates a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.

There is potential to upskill or provide training for employees.
