Job Title: Maternal Health Services Manager
About the Role:
The Maternal and Child Health Team is seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to lead our team in providing high-quality maternal and child health services. As a Maternal Health Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including clinical practice, staff supervision, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-performance service outcomes.
* Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nurses working within the Universal MCH Service.
* Maintain accurate and timely reports, advice, and support to management as requested.
* Contribute to strategic planning, budget review, and service development.
Requirements:
* CURRENT REGISTRATION with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and qualifications in Maternal and Child Health nursing recognized in Victoria.
* Experience in all aspects of the Maternal and Child Health service with strong knowledge of current theory and practice issues.
* Leadership experience highly desired.
* Current valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
* Ability to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
