We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate support that enables individuals to live independently and participate fully in society.
1. Main tasks will include assisting clients with daily living activities, managing personal care needs, and providing emotional support when needed.
2. In this role you will also be required to have the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and understand individual requirements for ongoing support. You must work effectively within a team environment including other workers, health professionals etc., as well as adapt quickly to changing situations or client needs.
