Aboriginal Palliative Care Leader
This role supports the delivery of culturally safe and respectful end-of-life care for Aboriginal people.
* The Aboriginal Palliative Care Coordinator will act as a conduit for patients with palliative care needs in both hospital and community settings, ensuring consideration of culturally competent and safe practices throughout the care coordination process.
This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to develop and implement culturally safe environments for Aboriginal patients and their families within a multidisciplinary team.
