The Opportunity:
As the Supervisor Resident Field Service, you will oversee day‐to‐day service operations, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‐focused delivery across the Brisbane and Western Downs region. You'll coordinate technicians, manage workflow, support customer relationships and uphold Komatsu's high standards of service excellence.
This position is to be based out of our Wacol branch. You will be required to travel to Toowoomba and Western Downs semi regularly.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a high‐performing resident field service team
* Drive safe, efficient and customer‐focused service delivery
* Coordinate workflow, labour planning and job documentation
* Build strong customer relationships across Brisbane & Western Downs
* Ensure compliance, quality standards and accurate job completion
Role Located: Wacol
Roster: 9-day fortnight - working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm

What we are looking for:
* Proven experience supervising technicians in a service or workshop environment
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance and customer service
* Ability to manage workflow, labour planning and service documentation
* Effective communicator with strong leadership and coaching capability
* Trade‐qualified Diesel Fitter (highly regarded) and competent with Microsoft Office
