We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands‐on experience in Employee Central to support one of our key clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and troubleshoot Employee Central to SAP HCM Data Replication daily, identifying and resolving replication errors, DRM issues, and interface failures.
* Perform ongoing IAS (Identity Authentication Service) administration and troubleshooting, including login issues, SSO configuration checks, user provisioning, and authentication flow validation.
* Manage day-to-day Employee Central support activities, including researching and resolving workflow issues, HRIS Sync problems, data inconsistencies, and integration‐related errors.
* Coordinate with SAP Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate synchronization of PA/OM data, timely correction of infotype inconsistencies, and alignment with business processes.
* Analyse and document recurring issues, propose permanent fixes, and work with internal teams to implement process improvements or configuration corrections.
* Support half yearly release review and impact assessments, testing new EC and IAS features, validating changes, and ensuring no breakages occur in the replication landscape.
* Prepare technical and functional documentation, including troubleshooting guides, monitoring checklists, and knowledge‐transfer materials for operational teams.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience supporting SAP HXM environments.
* Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory).
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
