Job Title: Administrative Leadership Role


About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Leader to join our team. As an Administrative Leader, you will be responsible for managing, leading, guiding, and supporting the medical records team.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all administrative operational aspects of Medical Record Auditing, Medical Information Processing, Medical Information, Medical Record Reviews, Medical Record Analysis, Patient Medical Record Software.
* Provide training, support, assistance, and leadership to administrative staff.
* Act as a resource person.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
* Assist with preparation of rosters, manage sick calls, and help ensure effective use of staff resources to meet KPIs.
* Ensure a high level of customer service and confidentiality is maintained in the unit.
* Encourage a supportive and positive team environment.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A proven track record of managing teams within a healthcare environment.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage individuals and work groups/Rosters for a large team.
* Ability to achieve quality outcomes for all stakeholders.
* Understanding of Medical terminology.
* Experience using Meditech or similar patient administration software.
