About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to assist with our e-commerce order processing.
As an Online Fulfilment / Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that every order is processed accurately and on time.
You will work closely with other departments to maintain stock integrity and provide excellent customer service for collections and returns.

Main Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
* Receive and put away incoming replenishment stock orders.
* Maintain Stock Integrity
* Handle returns and exchanges promptly and professionally.
* Prepare and ship orders, and assist customers with in-person collections.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve order or stock-related queries.
* Customer Service
About You
A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential for this role.
You should have good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Previous experience in a warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment environment is desirable.
