As our new Payroll Clerk, you'll be the go-to guru ensuring everyone gets paid correctly, on time, every time. You'll bring together your love of detail, knack for problem-solving, and people-first attitude to make payroll more than just number. it's how we look after our people.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Running weekly payrolls with accuracy and confidence
* Managing tax, super and salary sacrifice like a pro
* Interpreting awards, processing deductions, and answering payroll queries with care
* Collaborating with rostering, HR and managers to keep everything running smoothly
* Staying on top of compliance while always looking for ways to make things better
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in payroll processing (big plus if you've managed 300+ employees)
* A detail-driven brain paired with a people-focused heart
* Knowledge of SCHADS award (or the willingness to learn quickly)
* Payroll systems experience (Sage or similar)
* Cert III/IV in Business, Accounting or similar (preferred but not essential)
