Project Leader
A seasoned professional will oversee and manage the entire project life cycle from concept to execution within a dynamic operating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising equipment installation and budget scope management.
* Updating/site technical drawings and documentation.
* Executing basic and detailed design based on corporate business principles, standards, local regulations, and user requirements specifications.
* Ensuring safety by design during construction and ongoing operation.
* Lead and coordinate stakeholder contributions to implement projects within defined timing, cost, and quality parameters.
* Coordinate efforts with start-up managers and teams for smooth transition to operations after qualification and verification.
* Selecting, qualifying, and coordinating contractors' activities.
Requirements:
* Project management skills, including analytical and budgetary development.
* Experience working in food manufacturing environment – preferred.
* Leaders require proven track record delivering results through cross-functional team collaboration, managing and leading teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, influencing and negotiating to drive performance and quality standards.
* Self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives, proactively tracking them.
