Do you hold at least 7 years of experience in a supervisory experience?

Do you have experience in delivering contract packages specifically relating to marine works?

If you answered yes to the above two questions, we want to hear from you!

The Supervisor Marine is responsible for the delivery of contract packages associated with all Marine works. The position will provide support to the Site Manager & Construction Manager through provision of field supervision, planning, quality management, coordination and construction management.

As construction progresses at Mardie, we are continuing to shape our team. We are looking for an individual who is ready to be a part of this exciting project, where you will have the opportunity to really make an immediate impact.

The Company

BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) is an Australian owned mineral resources company with salt and potash as its initial focus. A future Tier One project, Mardie has been designed to produce 5.35Mtpa of high-purity salt and 140ktpa of Sulphate of Potash (SOP).

Using an inexhaustible seawater resource and 99% of the energy required produced by natural solar and wind energy, our Mardie project is a multi-generational sustainable opportunity that will supply the growing chemical, renewable energy, and agricultural industries with Salt and Sulphate of Potash for generations to come.

BCI Minerals are committed to establishing a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. We believe that individual differences, perspectives, and experiences make us even better at the work we do and should be recognised, respected, and valued.

The Role

In this role, you'll work closely with the Site Manager to guide and oversee contractor activities, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. You'll make sure contractors are following the latest drawings and specifications and that all site entry requirements for equipment, plant, and personnel are being followed. You'll be on the ground daily, inspecting contractor work, addressing issues as they come up, and ensuring that any changes to the project scope are approved before work begins.

The Supervisor Marine will maintain important project documentation, track the contractor's progress and work closely with key stakeholders to make sure the project stays on schedule. Quality control will be a key focus, as you'll ensure all work meets quality standards and participate in inspections and sign-offs for important project milestones. You will be required to report on the project's progress, deliveries and contractor activities.

The successful candidate will support contractors with permits and help with inspections as the project nears completion. You'll coordinate with contractors, authorities, and clients to manage shutdowns, relocations, or tie-ins to existing systems when needed.

You'll need to stay on top of delivery schedules for materials and equipment, addressing any delays or issues that could affect progress. Building good relationships with local authorities, adjacent businesses, and client representatives is key to keeping the project running smoothly.

About You

The successful candidate will hold:

* 7 years' experience in a similar supervisory role preferably within the Mining or Oil & Gas industry
* High Risk Work Licence - Rigger Advanced, Scaffold Advanced and Crane.
* Previous experience in construction.
* Proven track record in delivery of port and marine projects of similar size and scope.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months and must hold a WA White Card. You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.

What We Offer You

We offer a range of benefits to our employees, including:

* 12 month Maximum Term contract on a 14/7 roster.
