About the Role:
We are seeking an IT hardware specialist to provide hands-on repairs and troubleshooting services for various equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve faults in desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment.
* Deliver high-quality technical support at client sites, configuring or upgrading equipment as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of completed work.

* Prior experience in IT hardware support, repair, and maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
