About the role:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised skincare consultations and beauty advice
* Build strong client relationships through expert knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up service
* Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting overall business objectives
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including skincare, body care, and make-up, through ongoing training
* Promote Clarins' values and plant-based philosophy with confidence and authenticity
* Ensure counter presentation is clean, inviting, and aligned with Clarins visual merchandising guidelines
* Participate in events, activations, and launches, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction
* Support stock management processes, including receiving, replenishing, and accurate product handling
* Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter culture
* Maintain grooming and uniform standards, representing the elegance and professionalism of the Clarins brand
