A childcare educator role is available at our centre, providing an exceptional early childhood program for children aged 6 months to school years in a supportive, secure and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality education and care for infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and collaborative planning.
* Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's sense of wellbeing and personal confidence.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
* A Diploma or Cert III qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
