Join our Corporate Operations Group as a Product Manager, where you will have accountability for some of the AI products in our portfolio to assist the Director of Product. Reporting to the Director of AI Product, you will help shape and implement a portfolio of internally facing Generative AI products. You will use your product knowledge to inform and influence the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Corporate Operations Group and Enterprise AI portfolio, including both SaaS and custom-built AI apps.
In this role, you will partner with and provide product direction to the multi-disciplinary team of delivery leads, designers, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will have the opportunity to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including human-centred design, user testing, prototyping, validation, and iteration. In the case of SaaS products, this will include delivery management aspects to ensure successful and timely delivery of products into the organisation. In addition, you will also define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the products and services.
- What you offer
- 3+ years of experience in shaping, prioritising, and delivering innovative digital products and services that solve real-world problems and create value for customers and stakeholders, with some of this experience related to AI.
- Ability to influence and represent the views of senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to understand, shape direction, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating in a global and highly regulated environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies, tools, and processes.Solid analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
