The Roles
Restaurant Manager
* Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding food, beverage, and guest service standards
* Manage staff, scheduling, and performance to foster a high-performing, motivated team
* Monitor financial performance, revenue, and departmental profit goals
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal teams
Assistant Restaurant Manager
* Support the Restaurant Manager in all operational aspects of the restaurant
* Assist in achieving food, beverage, and guest service quality standards
* Help manage staffing, rostering, and team development
* Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to policies
* Contribute to departmental revenue and profit goals
Skills & Experience (Both Roles)
* Proven hospitality management experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
* Experience managing budgets, revenue, and departmental goals (Restaurant Manager)
* Ability to support and develop teams, providing coaching and mentorship (Assistant Restaurant Manager)
* A hands-on approach with a commitment to maintaining operational excellence
* Full working rights in Australia
