This hands-on position bridges warehouse and customer service while keeping our online stores running smoothly. You will work directly with our management team, gaining exposure to every part of the business, and have freedom to implement new ideas improving efficiency and customer experience.
The Role
* Coordinate day-to-day ecommerce operations ensuring customers receive best possible service and our warehouse runs seamlessly. Assist with website updates, product listings and process improvements.
* Link between warehouse and customer service for smooth order flow and clear communication.
* Provide technical and non-technical customer support answering calls, taking phone orders & product enquiries (training provided).
* Maintain and update product listings across Shopify websites with accuracy and SEO focus.
* Assist with website improvements, content updates and efficiency initiatives.
* Work with directors to identify opportunities streamlining operations using technology and automation (training provided).
* Assist with monitoring stock, receiving issues and ensuring suppliers and warehouse stay aligned.
* Collaborate with wider team including warehouse leads, videographers and offshore admin support.
About You
* Achieve 1–3 years' experience in ecommerce, retail operations or customer service, however it's not essential.
* Strong communication skills handling customer enquiries and internal operation queries.
* Familiarity with Shopify and inventory systems (Cin7 or similar) is highly valued.
* Tech-curious and willing to learn new software/AI tools.
* Detail-oriented, organised and proactive with problem solving.
* Comfortable working onsite in Artarmon close to warehouse team and directors.
