You will make an impact by
* Delivering accurate and timely SQL‑based data transformation and loading across on‑premises and cloud data warehouse platforms.
* Supporting key corporate business systems through effective incident management, problem resolution, and change implementation.
* Designing and developing monitoring and reporting mechanisms using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes, system integrations, and data quality.
* Contributing to Council’s data strategy by implementing scalable, governed, and cloud‑aligned solutions.
What you will bring
* Intermediate SQL knowledge with demonstrated experience working with SQL Server and related technologies.
* Experience supporting business applications or core corporate systems in an administrative or analyst role.
* Strong project involvement experience, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to adapt information for different audiences.
* A collaborative mindset with strong teamwork capabilities and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Experience with reporting, data warehousing, and integrations using SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, APIs, or ETL tools.
* Ability to interpret technical and business requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
