Riversdale Estate in Cambridge, TAS is seeking an experienced Part-time Chef to join our talented culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality, locally-sourced meals for our on-site restaurant and event catering. What you'll be doing
* Preparing and cooking a range of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

* Assisting with menu development and implementation
