We believe in the talent and strength of our team, and as we continue to grow, are looking for a progressive, broad minded HSE Manager to join our Fulham project team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in the successful and safe delivery of the Project.

Lead all Health and Safety related elements during construction of the Fulham Solar Farm in accordance with Gransolar WHS Management System requirements.

Manage and support the HSE project team with the development, establishment, and implementation of WHS plans in line with development conditions and client expectations.

Work closely with the Head of HSE to ensure compliance with the OFSC accreditation scheme

Manage site HSE data, prepare internal and external reports.

Support the project teams in the achievement of their individual goals, project objectives and individual responsibilities and meeting individual KPIs and responding to client HSE expectations.

Ensure safe systems of work are implemented in accordance with GRS systems and legislation requirements.

Collaborate with corporate HSE team and support Head of HSE in the achievement of their responsibilities.

Facilitate face to face training and risk workshops in line with Gransolar's WHS requirements.

Skills and Knowledge

Proactive Approach: Identifying hazards before they cause incidents by actively monitoring the site and implementing preventive measures.

Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating safety concerns to workers, management, and other stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Leadership Qualities: Driving a positive safety culture on site by leading by example and promoting safety awareness.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in the Construction Industry (Renewables is advantageous).

Experience in online risk management platforms (e.g Hammertech) advantageous

Proven experience as a HSE/WHS Manager

Driver's license.
