I'm seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. to join my client's supportive logistics team. Reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager. You'll be focused on delivering outstanding service and results. In this role, you'll be: Processing customer orders, deliveries, returns and transfers Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams Answering customer questions and resolving any issues Managing stock availability and transport scheduling Assisting with inventory counts and audits Processing freight invoices Supporting the Sales and Technical teams Providing excellent operational service To be successful, you'll bring: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications Customer service skills Excellent communication and data entry abilities Strong attention to detail Proactive approach and sense of urgency Reliability and strong work ethic Ability to work well in a team This role will be starting on a contract basis, with a view to go permanent with this client.
