About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team, specializing in property sales on Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients interested in purchasing Bali real estate, providing expert guidance, and closing deals remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell Bali property listings to international clients, primarily from Australia.
Assist clients throughout the entire purchasing process, from inquiry to transaction closure.
Develop and maintain a strong network of potential buyers and industry contacts.
Provide professional advice on Bali real estate market trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
Communicate fluently in English with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Utilize CRM systems (such as AMO) to track leads, manage client data, and document transactions.
Collaborate with local partners, legal advisors, and property managers to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate broker, preferably in Bali or similar markets.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of the AMO CRM system is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the Bali real estate market and property laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Based in Australia or willing to operate within Australian business hours.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
