PeopleSoft Functional Analyst | Adelaide University | Contract Role

A leading organisation is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to support the core business platform underpinning HR operations. This role is based within the IT HR Systems team and reports to the HR Systems Product Manager. You will play a key role in supporting and developing established PeopleSoft HR systems to enable critical business functions and deliver success for staff and students.
Your new role
As a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, you will provide functional support across process and data management, system configuration, data analysis, testing, and validation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of PeopleSoft platforms, including:
* PeopleSoft HCM: Global Payroll, Absence Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Time and Labour, Administer Workforce
* PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management
* Demonstrated experience in functional support for PeopleSoft platforms, including configuration, data analysis, and testing
* Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules
* Experience in process and data management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications
:
* Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience, OR
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
Desirable
:
* Previous experience in Higher Education
* Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
* Experience working with business stakeholders
