About the Role

As a Casual Client Services Officer, you may work in various roles, including Front Reception, Ward Clerk, Specialist Consulting Clinics, Central Intake, or at outreach sites. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, working effectively in a team environment, analysing problems, managing time efficiently, and demonstrating high initiative while understanding limitations.
* Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Proven analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to manage time effectively and operate with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office products and able to adapt to multiple software programs.
* Awareness of strict information Privacy (Confidentiality) protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients/patients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
