Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the accelerated delivery of key initiatives by developing and implementing innovative solutions and projects to assist Queenslanders in accessing and remaining in social housing and the private housing market.
* Oversee the development and management of innovative programs related to housing and homelessness services, collaborating with partner organisations to create a more efficient and integrated service system.
* Build partnerships, enhance capability with industry partners, and manage large-scale investments on behalf of the department.
* Drive program reform to ensure government investment delivers measurable outcomes for Queensland communities and address homelessness effectively.
Requirements:
* A proven leader in a large, complex organisation with outstanding leadership ability.
* Extensive experience leading and implementing programs that deliver housing and homelessness services aligned with government policy direction.
* A strong background in stakeholder engagement, strategy, and policy implementation in complex environments.
