Based in our Kwinana Manufacturing plant, and also providing support to our brand-new state of the art mixing facility, the role will require the Electrician to undertake preventive maintenance, improve reliability and performance of electrical systems, diagnose faults, and attend to breakdowns in an effective and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing:
Undertake and complete preventative, predictive and breakdown electrical plant maintenance
Test and tag electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Undertake and complete disassembling, installation and upgrades of plant and equipment as required.
Lead initiatives in reducing downtime and drive continuous improvement solutions
Utilise CMMS to maintain records and plan maintenance activities
What we're looking for:
Must be clean shaven (or willing to shave) areas of the mixing facility require masks to be fitted
Pre employment medical, laboratory drug and alcohol test, blood screening for baseline measurements
Trade Qualified Electrician - Electrical Trae Certificate / Licence (A Grade License)
Minimum of 2 years' Two (2) years working in a heavy manufacturing environment completing complex electrical installations, electrical fault finding, preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on manufacturing plant and machinery
Experience working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence - desirable
Intermediate level knowledge of safety requirements, safe work practices for performing electrical work to AS standards and to electrical compliance regulations
Completed Electrical Nominee Course or in process to attain
Demonstrated ability to problem solve
Willingness to work outside of hours as required – attractive penalties will apply
Completed confined space training within the last 2 years highly desirable
Fork truck licence highly desirable
Basic level knowledge of PLC's knowledge of ladder and control logic
