Structural Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Coordinator to join our team and work on a maintenance contract with a major oil and gas company in Perth.
This role will see you working within our Project Planning Team, supporting the Lead Structural Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in the preparation of deliverables to support the scope execution.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Building multi-discipline manhour estimates for structural work scopes so that resourcing workorders can be developed in SAP.
* Preparing structural brownfield deliverables such as the development of SAP notifications, work orders and work packs in accordance to client specifications.
* Acting as the scope of work focal point for the Offshore Implementation team during execution to assist with any queries and support from the beach.
* Working alongside other discipline leads and co-ordinators performing routine peer work scope reviews.
* Actively participating in risk assessments and constructability reviews and engaging with the Engineering Department for work scope definition.
Requirements:
* A team player who can prioritise and coordinate large volumes of work concurrently whilst maintaining strong safety leadership.
* Excellent knowledge of the relevant trade and/or discipline areas with the ability to provide guidance, expertise to others.
* Excellent computer skills in Navis Works, SAP, MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
* Familiarity with reading Gantt Charts, schedules, and engineering drawings.
* Ability and willingness to guide and direct less experienced coordinators in your team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with key stakeholders.
