Culturally Responsive Practice Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in South East Region. As a key member of our Early Years Connect team, you will play a critical role in promoting culturally responsive practice across schools and regions.
Your key responsibilities will include providing coaching support to teachers and school leaders to embed culturally responsive practices into their daily work. You will also work closely with regional teams to strengthen partnerships and improve decision-making and practice at the system level.
Key Requirements:
* A relevant degree in Speech Pathology from a recognised tertiary institution or qualifications which are acceptable and eligibility for certified practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
* In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000, registered health practitioners working within their professional capacity must hold valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency at all times during their employment.
