We're seeking a highly skilled solicitor or associate to join our Perth Real Estate team on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work across a range of real estate matters including residential and commercial property development and subdivision, strata title advice including by law drafting, residential and commercial property acquisition and sales, and commercial leasing.
Requirements:
* Have 2-4 years' PQE experience in Western Australian real estate law, with a focus on strata and developments;
* Be highly organised and committed to delivering outstanding client service;
* Be client focussed with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
