Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 07:45 - 17:00 (on varied roster)
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The role involves Preadmission, Scouting, Scrubbing and Recovery Care.
About Us
Canberra Surgicentre is a fully accredited Day Hospital specialising in Oral and Maxillofacial surgeries like wisdom teeth extractions and dental implants. Our team is committed to excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience, offering procedures under IV sedation and general anaesthesia. Working shifts are between 0745 and 1700 Monday to Friday. We have one operating theatre and two recovery beds.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Preadmission, Scouting, Scrubbing and recovery Nursing.
Qualifications & experience
* Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA Registration.
* Minimum one year nursing experience.
* Experience in a surgical setting preferred.
