About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on position where you'll be actively involved across multiple areas of the business. You'll prepare cost estimates, manage schedules, and provide guidance to support project delivery and long-term asset performance.
It's ideal for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact on high-quality residential asset projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities
* Develop and manage construction schedules
* Coordinate with site teams and suppliers
* Support procurement and project planning
* Provide guidance and advice to ensure project efficiency and quality
* Monitor compliance and asset performance
About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator, Scheduler, or combined role in residential construction
* Comfortable taking ownership of a diverse, hands-on role
* Strong understanding of residential building methods and scheduling
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering long-term asset performance
