The Role
To safely and successfully deliver daily maintenance requirements plans / KPI's in accordance with company's values, legislation and HSEQ procedures. In addition, the Maintenance Fitter will lead maintenance execution in line with health, safety and quality programs relating to the maintenance functionality that are performed on site.
* Mechanical trade certification – Diesel/Mechanic
* Volvo Equipment Experience – nominally rigid trucks
* SAP experience preferred
* Basic computer proficiency
* Auto electrical competency
* Heavy Rigid vehicle license (advantageous)
* Dangerous Goods license (advantageous)
* NSW police clearance (SSAN)
* Forklift Ticket (LF) (Advantageous)

* Hold HR licensing (advantageous).
* Excellent interpersonal skills including capacity to lead and work in a team environment.
* Resourceful, self‐motivated and efficient.
* Excellent problem‐solving / troubleshooting skills, and ability to prioritise duties.
* Strong focus and leadership on all facets of Health, Safety and Environment.

Location & Site
The site is just 17 minutes from Singleton, situated at our dedicated DNAP lease maintenance facility at Warkworth. Operating on a 5/2 weekday roster, this workshop‐based position supports maintenance activities across the Warkworth, United Wambo, and Wilpinjong sites. Our well‐equipped Warkworth facility provides full access to OEM tooling, diagnostic software, and structured maintenance systems to support a fleet of Volvo road trucks. While the role is primarily workshop‐focused, you'll also have the opportunity to carry out field maintenance, including on‐site breakdown response and reactive support to nearby sites — just 10 minutes to United Wambo and 21⁄2 hours to Wilpinjong.
