CASUAL POSITION LEADING TO FULL TIME
Warrawong Accident and Medical Centre is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professionalMedical Receptionistto join our busy, fast-paced practice located in the heart of Warrawong Plaza.
With easy access to free rooftop and underground parking, our centre offers a supportive environment with GPs, allied health professionals, and a drug and alcohol program all on site.
About the Role
Answering a high volume of phone calls
Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings
General administrative duties
Taking payments and processing Medicare Online Claims
Sending and receiving patient correspondence
Emailing, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
About You
Warm, patient-focused, and professional
Confident using computers and learning new softwareAble to multitask in a busy environment
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Experience in medical reception is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
